DUTIES

daily housekeeping (light daily housekeeping plus typically one deep-cleaning project each day while kids in school)
adult supervision for two kids ages 5 & 8 (help with school pick-up, take to activities, classes & playdates; oversee kids while they do homework) (childcare is typically 2 hours each day)
family cooking
family laundry
grocery shopping and errands

‌REQUIREMENTS

experienced housekeeper (e.g. laundry, bathroom, kitchen, floors, dusting, bedrooms, closet organization, empty trash)
experience caring for school-age kids
Green Card or U.S. passport a plus
enjoys cooking
punctual (arrive/leave on time)
able to travel with family (typically August in the Hamptons)
able to stay late a few days each month
competent English speaker
seeking a long-term position (this job will last 4 or more years!)

REIMBURSEMENT

$28/hour
10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee)
5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
monthly MetroCard reimbursed or paid by employer
paid 52-weeks/year (i.e. paid when not needed such as during family vacation)
