Mon-Fri (fall/winter/spring)
Wed-Sun (summer)
DRIVING REQUIRED: NO
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Mostly Hamptons (occasional NYC home)
PETS: NO (family may get a small, friendly dog later)
DUTIES
daily housekeeping (e.g. laundry, bathroom, kitchen, floors, dusting, bedrooms, closet organization, empty trash)
laundry (includings ironing, folding, putting away in drawers)
meal preparation & light cooking (mother does most of the cooking)
REQUIREMENTS
mature, experienced housekeeper
enjoys being in the kitchen (meal prep & help mother cooking)
competent English speaker
comfortable with dog in home (family may get a small, friendly dog in the future)
willing to get screenings/immunizations as directed by family (e.g. Covid & flu)
takes direction well & communicates openly
seeking a long-term position with family
REIMBURSEMENT
$1,250/week
benefits if job is permanent (not summer only): 10 paid vacation/personal days (half selected by employer, half by employee), 5 paid sick days and major public holidays paid days off
public transportation to/from work paid by family
